Hi, "There was an error in the callback" is given by .NET when the timeout is expired. So there are lots of possibilities for this issue. You can extend the timeout settings in IIS to resolve this issue. If you don’t want to do this operation, please check your network has not delay and make sure your customizations is working fine like workflows and so forth. (You can see your logs.) I found an alternative. What I did was make a copy of that subsite and use the new subsite.
