"There was an error in the callback"
When I go to Site Settings | Manage Content and Structure and try to expand one of the subsites, I got the "There was an error in the callback", is there any reason why this is happening?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
"There was an error in the callback" is given by .NET when the timeout is expired. So there are lots of possibilities for this issue.
You can extend the timeout settings in IIS to resolve this issue.
If you don’t want to do this operation, please check your network has not delay and make sure your customizations is working fine like workflows
and so forth. (You can see your logs.)
Hope it is helpful!

I just checked the Windows Logs, under applicaton:
An exception occurred while enqueueing a message in the target queue. Error: 15404, State: 19. Could not obtain information about Windows NT group/user 'domain/myaccount', error code 0x5.
Source: MSSQLSERVER
Level: Error
Task Category: Server
What do you think the cause of the error then?
Please advice. Thanks in advance.

I found an alternative. What I did was make a copy of that subsite and use the new subsite.
